I wanted to write you a note to tell you that we received an offer on our house! It was the first showing after we staged and they came back two days later for the second showing and made an offer on Thursday afternoon. We signed all the paperwork yesterday with inspection Monday and closing next month. I truly believe the staging sealed the deal this time.

My wife and I wanted to sell our condo in downtown Minneapolis in late-2010, when the condo market was fairly dismal for sellers. Based on our realtor’s recommendation, we hired Ambiance at Home to stage our home. The Ambiance team did an excellent job evaluating our condo and developing a plan for furnishing and decorating it in a way that would appeal to a likely perspective buyer for our neighborhood. Immediately after the staging was complete, we started receiving more calls about showings. Shortly thereafter, we sold our condo. The work that Ambiance did—which was completed in an efficient and professional manner—definitely helped us sell our home. We would use Ambiance At Home again, and will also recommend them to our friends who need staging services in the future.
